FB Ads A/B test

We ran an A/B test with some new creative and the same targeting settings. Our initial testing showed a $0.35 cost per sign up. Although in December it's averaged out to $0.56. This is still better than our old rate by a factor of 2. Huge success!

We've started sending InitiateCheckout events in preparation to run a retargeting campaign for likely purchasers. We can also run a campaign like this for all website visitors period.

Improving performance

We're close to bringing all ffmpeg work in-process which I think will have a huge effect on perf.

Speaker labeling

Our biggest new feature to ship is using voiceprint embeddings to remember speakers across recordings. This should be a huge improvement for existing customers, and I'm hoping it reduces the time to get completed minutes.

Soon I think we should move to a model where labeling speakers can be done instantly, rather than requiring a re-generation of minutes. If we do this, it will mean we can show meeting minutes to users with zero button clicks. Right now we require the user to click a "Get your minutes" button after labeling speakers. We should just eliminate this piece of friction, and let then rename speakers cheaply and quickly. Also they can regenerate their minutes with feedback if they need to change something major.
