Late in the month I made a change that may have boosted this conversion rate to over 20%, but it's hard to say with so few days of data.

I added a 14 day money back guarantee and tweaked some of the copy on the pricing table that shows on the paywall. I also ditched the no-code stripe paywall which had some usability and perf issues. Time will tell if the higher conversion rate sticks!

Things I am Thinking About

Hiring an intern

This month I basically didn't do any work because I was travelling and on vacation. It was great but it made me realize that when I'm not working, nothing gets done.

My plan is to hire an intern and see if I can get more energy into the system even when I'm not working.

I think the goals will remain the same for this coming month.

The good thing is that MRR still went up!
